We offer free shipping on all orders over $50 in the U.S. along with the standard and express options for international orders.
Mishkatique is not responsible for any delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including priority and express shipping options. Once the package has left our Mishkatique office, we are not liable for any damaged, delayed, or lost packages.
Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing PO Box numbers, refused or return to sender. Mishkatique has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned to the fulfillment facility.
All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order's billing and shipping address. Due to high order volume, any requests for address changes will be considered, but not guaranteed. We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping schedules.
Normal order processing can take up to 24-72 hours and may take longer during sale time and peak seasons.
